Charles Henry Mueller, age 85, of Arapahoe, NE died Saturday, August 20, 2005 at the Phelps Memorial Hospital, Holdrege, NE. He was born on August 4, 1920 to Charles H. & Winnie (Harrison) Mueller at Craig, NE.
He was baptized on April 5, 1931 and confirmed on May 20, 1934 at the Emanuel Lutheran Church of Tekamah, NE. He graduated from Tekamah High School with the Class of 1937. He served during World War II in the Army from October of 1942 until February of 1946. On March 6, 1946 he married Lillian Carlson in Oakland, NE. They made their home in Tekamah, NE. Later the family would move to Arapahoe, NE in 1968 where he was a partner of the Watson-Mueller Implement Company. He would retire in 1985. He was a member of the Arapahoe American Legion Post #96 the Trinity Lutheran Church of Arapahoe, NE.
He is preceded in death by his parents, & 2 sons David & Charles Mueller.

Sons: Lyle & wife Maryellen Mueller of Fair Acres, Virginia
Robert & wife Angela Mueller of Plattsmouth, NE
Sister: Delores Jensen of Tekamah, NE

Viewing and visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, from 9 AM till 8 PM at Wenburg Funeral Home in Arapahoe, NE.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Arapahoe, NE with Rev. Jeff W. Ernstmeyer, officiating.
Committal service will be Friday, August 26, at 2 PM at the Tekamah Cemetery, Tekamah, NE with Rev. Carl Lilienkamp, officiating. Wenburg Funeral Home of Arapahoe, Nebraska is in charge of the arrangements.
