Elma Elsie Noel, age 82, of Beaver City, Nebraska died Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Beaver City Manor at Beaver City, Nebraska. She was born July 7, 1926 at Culbertson, Nebraska to Carl & Dora (Perkins) Carlson. She grew up in Trenton, Nebraska and graduated from Trenton High School with the class of 1945. She married Willis Noel on August 3, 1947 at Trenton, Nebraska. They moved to Beaver City, Nebraska following marriage in 1947. She was a home maker and worked at a cafe a short time. She moved to Beaver City Plaza in 1999. Her husband Willis died May 9, 2001. She moved to Beaver City Manor and Assisted Living on July 20, 2002. She was a member of Friendship Center Church at Beaver City, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willis, Brothers: Harley and Fred, Sisters; Hazel and Virginia. . Survivors include: 3 Sons: Willard Noel of Council Bluffs, Nebraska Larry Noel and wife Patty of Beaver City, Nebraska Neil Noel of Beaver City, Nebraska Brother: Verle Carlson and wife Alta of Trenton, Nebraska Grandchildren: 6 Great-Grandchildren: 7 Condolences or personal reflections can be left at www.wenburgfuneralhome.com Viewing and visitation will be Saturday and Sunday, 1 PM until 8 PM at Wenburg Funeral Home in Beaver City, Nebraska and prior to services at the church on Monday. Funeral services will be Monday, May 4, 2009 at 10:30 AM at Friendship Center Church in Beaver City, Nebraska with Pastor Bonnie Perkins, officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery at Beaver City, Nebraska. Wenburg Funeral Home of Beaver City, Nebraska in charge of arrangements.
