Beaver City, Nebraska Janet Lynn Williams, 52, of Lincoln, Nebraska formerly of Beaver City & Oxford, Nebraska died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at Lancaster Manor in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born March 10, 1953 at Norton, Kansas to Charles and Evelyn (Bishop) Williams. She lived 3 years in Beatrice State Home from 1959 until 1962 and then returned to Beaver City where she lived till 1973 when she moved to Oxford, Nebraska where she was a resident at Mid-Nebraska Services. She moved to Lancaster Manor in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2005 to be closer to her family. She worked many years at Mid-Nebraska’s workshop. Even though she had Downs Syndrome she had a love for the outdoors, animals, listening to music and singing. Her favorite activity was dancing with her good friend, Fred. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include 6 Sisters: Mary & husband Darel Perkins of Inver Grove Heights, MN Elaine & husband Roger Magstadt of South Sioux City, NE Ada Pitts of Dumfries, VA Ann & husband Tom Bussey of Lincoln, NE Sandra Weaver of Lincoln, NE Karen & husband Tim Boyd of Stuttgart, Germany She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Viewing and visitation will be Tuesday, October 25, 2005, 1 PM till 8 PM , at Wenburg Funeral Home in Beaver City and prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at 1:30 PM at Grace Brethren Church in Beaver City, Nebraska with Pastor Dwain Fowler, officiating.
