Leonard V. Wheeler, age 50, of Beaver City, Nebraska died Monday, April 18, 2005 at his home in Beaver City of natural causes. He was born September 4, 1954 at Thomas, Oklahoma to Ernest & Geneva (Kershner) Wheeler.
He grew up in Oklahoma and graduated from High School in Colorado. He moved to Beaver City, Nebraska in 1984, working for Sands & local farmers till 1993 when he was employed by the City of Beaver City. He retired for health reasons in 1997. . He lived a short time in Edison, Nebraska before returning to Beaver City, Nebraska. He married Sharon Murphy on September 4, 1999 at Beaver City, Nebraska. He was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church at Beaver City, Nebraska.
Preceded in death by father and sister Cathy Wheeler.

No viewing or visitation as family choose cremation.
Funeral services will be Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 1:30 PM at Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Beaver City, Nebraska with Pastors Marion Miller & James Nichols, officiating. Private inurnment will be later at Precept Cemetery rural Beaver City, Nebraska. Wenburg Funeral Home of Beaver City, Nebraska in charge of arrangements.
