Sueann Marie Forbes

Beaver City, Nebraska Sueann Marie Forbes, age 52, of Beaver City, Nebraska passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013 at her home. She was born on February 2, 1961 at Oxford, Nebraska to Harold J. & Ethel (Hyke) Stagemeyer. She attended school in Hendley and Wilsonville, Nebraska before graduating from Beaver City High School with the Class of 1980. She went on to Floral School in Denver, Colorado and would return to work at the Norton Greenhouse, in Norton, Kansas. She also would work for Pamida in Norton. She married Mark Forbes on July 9, 1988 at Beaver City, Nebraska. She would work at the Beaver City Manor and Ace Hardware before owning and operating Our Café in Beaver City for 6 years. She would also have her own licensed catering service, serving for many wedding, graduations, and other special events. She was also working for C.A. Mues Good Samaritan Center of Arapahoe, Nebraska. She attended church at Trinity Lutheran Church in Arapahoe, Nebraska. She enjoyed making floral arrangements for weddings and funerals, doing many craft projects, and lending a hand to anyone that needed help. She was very energetic and caring. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark in 2012, brother Larry Stagemeyer in 1973, sister Janet Faye Stagemeyer in 1947, Father-In-Law Larry Forbes, Niece Katrina Trenchard, Nephew Bobbie Lee in 1971. She is survived by her parents Harold & Ethel Stagemeyer of Beaver City, Nebraska Brother: Randy & wife Mo Stagemeyer of Hendley, Nebraska Jerry Lee Stagemeyer of Beaver City, Nebraska Sisters: Carol Jean & husband Robert Lee of Beaver City, Nebraska Waunda June & husband B.J. Morris of Stamford, Nebraska Sandi & husband Gary Martin of Beaver City, Nebraska Peggy Jo & husband Jason Nagy of Oxford, Nebraska Mother-In-Law: Midge Forbes of McCook, Nebraska Step-Son: Jacob Todd & wife Miranda Forbes of Dallas, Texas Step-Daughter: Megan Forbes & friend Scott of Brighton, Colorado Special Friend: Becky Robinson of Beaver City Her Dog: Rufus Many Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 10 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Arapahoe, Nebraska with Rev. James Moshier, officiating.
