F. Wayne Huxoll

F. Wayne Huxoll, age 86, of Cambridge, Nebraska formerly of Holbrook, Nebraska passed away Monday, December 10, 2012 at Cambridge Manor in Cambridge, Nebraska. He was born September 28, 1926 at Arapahoe, Nebraska to Frederick W. E. and Laura E. (Koeteman) Huxoll. He grew up at Arapahoe, Nebraska. He married Judith L. Menze on Oct. 7, 1945 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, northwest of Arapahoe, Nebraska. He entered the U.S. Army in 1945 and served in Italy. He was honorable discharged in December of 1946. He returned to farm north of Holbrook, Nebraska. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Cambridge and was an Elder for many years. He was a board member and Treasurer for St. Matthews Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brothers Laurel & Martin Huxoll, & Sister June Tracy He is survived by his wife Judith Huxoll of Cambridge, Nebraska Son: Tim Huxoll of Holbrook, Nebraska Daughter: Shawn Aurora of Omaha, Nebraska Special Niece: Marla Miller of Odessa, Nebraska Brother: Charles & wife Beverly Huxoll of Holbrook, Nebraska Norman & wife Dorothy Huxoll of Holbrook, Nebraska James & wife LeAnn Huxoll of Holbrook, Nebraska Sisters: Marjorie tenBensel & Violet Hilker of Arapahoe, Nebraska Twyla Golter & Betty Riepe of Flagstaff, Arizona Isabelle & husband Alvin Pfeiffer of Arapahoe, Nebraska Grandchildren: 4 Sister-In-Law: Brenda Huxoll of Cambridge, Nebraska Condolences and personal reflections may be left at wenburgfuneralhome.com Visitation will be Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 10 AM till 8 PM at Wenburg Funeral Home, in Arapahoe, Nebraska. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, in Cambridge, Nebraska with Rev. David Feddern, officiating. Burial will be at the St. Matthews Cemetery at Arapahoe, Nebraska with military rites by U.S. Army Honor Guard. Wenburg Funeral Home of Arapahoe, Nebraska is in charge of the arrangements.
